After the pandemic this is the first time the children from five villages gathered for a weekend children’s theatre program. 45 children attended and were given training in capacity building and how to get their unique talents shared with others. One exercise they did was kite making. The lesson learnt from this exercise is that once every one is engaged in a common task, the individual expertise is shared towards completing a task. Each person’s contribution is not taken as big or small but towards achieving a common goal. The collective action results in ” We did it” than I did it.
